I am SO doing this!

I'm Rachel, primarily a chauffeur and personal chef (some call it "Mom") for my 4 amazing daughters and best friend to my wonderfully supportive husband. I've decided to combine my love of food, photography and writing with my diagnosis of Celiac Disease in order to help others adapt to a gluten-free diet in a healthy way without sacrificing the flavor we all deserve from our food.
